And that concludes this portion of the 2004 No Huddle Expansion Draft. Now, i have decided to let NFL Wizards select up to 5 players from the expansion player pool. So whenever she is ready she can take her 5.

You truly are a good Commish. I think that is a very good solution.

The NFL Wizards only take QB-Chad Pennington and the Ravens D.
Good draft folks, i'm still rather surprised that nobody took Bulger. With another year under his belt and Warner not watching over him and in that offense and only having to give up a 12th rounder, i'm pretty surprised. Not as surprised i was with the Peyton pick, but still pretty surprised.

I was debating b/w Bulger and Hass, but I like what Holmgreen did w/ Favre so maybe Hass will come into is own and grow even more from last year's impressive performance.

Way to many QB's available to even worry about taking one in the expansion, of course unless it is Dante or Manning. I wanted to solidify my RB and WR. Thomas Jones is my main project.....I am hoping he blows up in Chicago uner Lovie Smith. I figured he was worth the chance!!

TJ is an interesting project.
I went to the University of Virginia and watching T. Jones in the NFL has been quite painful. He was an explosive and elusive runner in college, with great receiving skills. He has never really had a chance to completely demonstrate his abilities, except for the tail end of last year with Tampa. I think he can be a good NFL back, but just needs a complete year of getting the bulk of the carries.
I am concerned about splitting time with the A-Train, especially down by the goal line. Given that Chicago signed him for 4 years and wants to run the WCO, I think he will get an opportunity. If this stint with the Bears does not work out, I am afraid TJ will be just another good college player that never realized his potential---ie, a bust.
I truly hope not and I was willing to take a chance on him if he fell to me at #19 or #20.
