If we care going to do league voting, may I suggest that the Commis or a selected Trade Commiss sand an email to the entire league announcing the trade and "starting" the 24 hour clock.

Looks to be a rather weak list of potential #1 picks overall

This makes me feel better that I kept bulger. Hopefully #3 all time translates to #3 in 2006 ;D

Chicken: I thought you would have given a report card on each team's keeper list. Ironic that you and I don't have a pick until the 6th round--but I like your 5 better then my five. I'll give the first report: Butter Chickens: Grade A. Peyton--the best in the game. S. Alex--the best in the game. Chad Johnson--top 3 WR. The health of Carson could +/- his stats this year. Certainly a solid #1 WR. H. Ward-consistent top producer yes. I do expect Hines to slow down soon--this could be the year with Big Ben coming off major injuries from the wreck. If it takes Big Ben a year to recover not sure Ward will maintain his fantasy production into 2007. This may very well be the last yer for Hines to be a top 5 keeper WR. Great #2 WR. Caddy: I am not sure that Caddy is ready for the prime time. Certainly a great #2 back with his pass cathcing skills but not sure about durability yet. Would have been an A+ but there are ? surrounding the slingers of this great WR core and the durability of Caddy. I would add that you did a great job, as usual, of unloading your non keepers for draft picks. 4 inches. I think I have a high risk high reward group this year. Overall Grade B. Bulger: Was not going to keep him until I took a look at the draft board and the number of QBs kept. Given the lask of early draft choices, I wanted to at least get a solid producer at the position but not likely going to put up top fantasy numbers. McGahee: Man was he frustrating last year. He started really slow and could not find the end zone. While he had good yardage--he carried the ball alot last year. I am hoping for a turn around, especially in the red zone. Westbrook: If healthy, this guy puts up monster number for a man of such small stature. I think he will be all over the field this year--cathcing tons of balls. He has the big play ability to break a long one atany time. Little concerned about the lack of WR and defenses stacking the line but suspect BW will be in the slot an awful lot. Health is a concern. Lacking a true #1 RB but the combo should be above average. Holt: This is my man. He is a very consitent producer and am happy to have him as my #1. Chambers: Always been high on him--he has progressed each year in Miami even without a QB. Everyone talks about the dropped balls last year and he still put up good numbers. If he can hold on to a fraction more and with the arrival of D-CPepp, Big Time scoring threat. Will emerge as a #1 WR. I am hoping that what I lack in #1 RB, I make up for in my WR core. Witten--I wish we had 6 keepers!

Here are my thoughts as to starters (and one alternative option at each position):
QB: E. Manning and Bledsoe (Rothliesberger) RB: Tiki Barber, Cadillac Williams and Julius Jones (Ricky Williams) WR: Holt, H. Ward, Chambers and Fitzgerald (McCardell) TE: Heap and Witten (Wiggins) K: Stover (Kaeding) DEF: Pitt (Baltimore)
