1st Suggestion:Can Frankford Yellow Jackets come back? He is all bark no bite. Old dog new tricks. If you knew him would give it right back. If you didn't, you would want to fight him. Gave him shit, explained the league to him. Basically, he took a team that was in bad shape, (which was his choice, because no one put a gun to his head), could not do a thing w/ it and took his frustrations out on you. Just thought I would throw that in because I did recommend him for the league and he is not a bad guy (he's a rehabber). That should explain everything. He is a competitive owner for a fantasy league. Not sure if this should have been a private suggestion, so I figured I would just post it and explain to all league owners in case he offended anyone else. 2nd Suggestion:One for waivers - Just a little adjustment to what is in-place now. Have the waivers the same as they are now, w/ Gerald posting the initial waiver results based off the waiver order & e-mails sent to him, but once a player is dropped he is not available, to the rest of the league, until 48hrs after being dropped. After the 48hrs are up, that player is available to the first come first served. There should be a time stamped once a player is dropped. That will at least give everyone a chance to see who is available. Food for thought.

I'll think about #1. Basically, if John e-mails me i'll put him in consideration with others that might want the team.
#2-Waivers will be much easier with us going over to myfantasyleague.com. I should be able to make it so that after the waivers, pickups can be made at a certain time. And you will be able to do it yourselves without e-mailing me.

If jackets come back there is no way he can inherit another team b/c they are now available..he should only be allowed back to his OLD ROSTER.

Can we have a rookie draft that is seperate from the normal draft? This changes the dynamic of GUR and protected players knowing there is a seperate rookie draft and a seperate NFL redraft?
Just a new wrinkle to keep things fresh and cerebral.

I'm not sure how we would do that as to keeper round status. What round would you have to give up to keep those rookies that you draft?

Hmm maybe it can be a seperate draft: Each team has to draft 2 rookies a year (any position). Next year you can keep your two rookies or cut them and get a GUR 1 rookie pick or GUR 2 rookie pick?
So Lets say Shortbus Kids drafts Jonathan Stewart Round 1 and Felix Jones round 2.
Next Year if Felix Jones is the next JJ arrington and you want to drop him you can but you will only get a ROUND 2 pick (GUR). If Stewart is a stud and you want to keep him then you dont get a ROOKIE pick in the rookie draft for round 1 (GUR 1)
etc
And if you trade Jonathan Stewart for Ryan Grant next year. Then you drop Felix Jones. You get no rookie picks in next year's rookie draft.
So you are enticed to always keep 2 rookies on your roster. We can increase roster sizes by only 1 (if need be).
ANways im not demanding a change, I jsut think it will make things a whole lot more interesting in this league. If the owners are up for the challenge.

I think it would be interesting if you were starting a new league. I would aggree to it if i didnt have a pick in the first five rounds.

We'll go ahead and put it to a vote. The vote will be to have a 2 round rookie draft before the regular draft.
